He is recognized for his strategic business development, marketing campaigns, and innovation in the lending sector.

Mr. Vuppala Nagamalleswara Rao brings varied industry experience appropriate for an RBI-registered NBFC board. His background includes Ministry of Defence service, bulk drug industry expertise, and experience with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Religare Health Insurance, along with involvement in Hyderabad real estate.

Mr. Jaipal Reddy possesses strategic expertise in national and offshore businesses, with IT infrastructure experience serving UK educational institutions. His background includes product development lifecycle management and designing customer-centric business strategies, now focusing on legal and financial compliance at Goyal Associates.

Mr. Harish Sharma holds dual master's degrees (MBA and M.Com) and is a member of ICSI. He provides deep expertise in finance, accountancy, administration, compliance, and corporate governance, and is recognized for his contributions as an independent director.

Mr. Hasmukh Prajapati is a law graduate and ICSI member with extensive finance and legal experience. He specializes in FEMA compliance, intellectual property rights, and regulatory authority engagement with RBI and SEBI, serving as Key Managerial Personnel across IT, power, chemicals, and finance sectors.

Mr. Vikram Singh Thakur brings substantial managerial experience from the IT and hospitality industries. Known for his exceptional management and training skills, he has expertise in identifying human resource quality and increasing organizational productivity.

Ms. Sanchitha Dad is an Associate Member of ICSI with a Master's in Commerce. She serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate governance, secretarial duties, legal compliance, and NBFC regulatory adherence.
